My Payment is due before I receive my monthly salary. Can I change my payment date to coincide with my pay?We're happy to change your payment date either forwards or backwards at no extra charge. Should you wish to move your payments further, an interest charge will be payable.

Yes, you can make the early termination of your contract by paying 5% of the net outstanding principle as a handling fee within the first 6 months of the contract date, and 3% from the seventh month onwards.

The Date Protection Act only permits us to speak to the customers named on the agreement. You can, however, nominate another person with whom we may discuss your agreement’s details. To do this, you must give us written permission in order that we can check their identity.
